All products are digital downloads.

General

• All sales are final once the download link is delivered or the QR/project is accessed.
  
  
• We offer a fix-or-replace guarantee (7 days) for technical issues.
  
  

Eligible for fix/replace/refund (case-by-case)

• Non-delivery (no download email received and we cannot re-deliver)
  
  
• Corrupted/non-working file in the latest VN app that we can’t resolve
  
  
• Duplicate charge or unauthorized transaction (with proof)
  
  

Not eligible

• Change of mind/wrong item
  
  
• Incompatibility with outdated VN versions or unsupported devices
  
  
• Style/timing preferences when the file works as described
  
  
• Missed coupon codes after checkout
  
  

Cancellations

• Before payment: you can cancel anytime.
  
  
• After payment: if the link hasn’t been accessed, email us immediately; we’ll review.
