Orders & pricing
Prices can change. We may cancel/refund orders for suspected fraud or errors. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.

Digital delivery
After payment, you get an instant download link by email and access via My Orders. Please keep backups.

License
Unless stated otherwise on a product page, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license:

• Allowed: personal use, portfolio, and organic social posts (including a client you directly manage).

Templates require the VN Video Editor app. Make sure your app/device is compatible.

Intellectual property
All templates, previews, and site content are owned by VN Editor or licensors.

Support
We provide reasonable email support for import/export issues. Custom edits aren’t included.

Services and files are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved in the claim. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
